A hard to get exotic sniper is dropping for the vast majority at 310 attack level and Day 1 Bungie claims they are on to work for a fix for the "glitch." Two weeks and counting and they ignore many more harmful glitches such as servers becoming less reliable, quests not giving the full amount of info needed, or even in severe scenarios all sound except for ambient noise just going silent. Gee if I didn't know any better, I would say Bungie barely started as a company.
