Does Not Bow drop [ Question ]
if i do the normal strike, i still can get it or it have to be heroic strike

i did the shadow thief strike like 100+ times ( no kidding ) my friend got the " Does Not Bow " 2 times, and didn't got it even once, and my friend didn't do it 100+ time he did like 5 times with me got the first one and 2 times afet 50+ that i did and got another one. is there a quest i need to do for unlock the weapon dropping ?
