I must just be terrible with it, I average 1 kill. Rarely find 3 enemies in such a short activation time, many times get outgunned by normal weapons before a second shot can even go off due to no armor buff at all. Definitely the hardest to use super in the game and nearly useless for pve as well since it does no damage to majors. All three shots won't even kill a single one. Going against golden gun isn't scary at all, it's pretty easily dodged especially with blink and if they miss once it's over. Hammer of sol would take a full clip from 4th horseman as 3 feet range to take down.
