I'm referring to kill potential. That seems to be what everyone judges subclass supers on. If it scores a lot of kills it's OP and if it doesn't then nobody complains. I main a Titan and Bubble + WoL + Icebreaker is one of my favorite PvP combos in the game so like I said it depends on how it's used.
