Hahaha. I blasted one in the face at point blank with my trust Invective, then I melee'd them. Guess what? Their shields weren't even down all the way let alone their health. So no. It is not easily shut down.

Shadow shot, if I'm saying it right will cancel a titans super used at the right time. Also, you need to get behind the titan, and he/she will be one shotable. I've also seen it done with decent shotguns, and have died fast against multiple plyers with auto rifles hitting me at once.
