And having a 4th gg shot is good. So is health regeneration for blade dancer. Just because it's a tradeoff doesn't mean it isn't a good perk.
I'm not saying nerf the perk, either. I'm saying reduce damage resistance.

Why? Titans should have the best resistance. And the major trade off is you have to stand in a solar flare and you give up the health regen perk.
