Let's be real all STAG users, the perk is lack luster. I decided to do a couple tests on how often you get an oversheild after respawning. I wondered if the STAG had a 20% chance that you spawn with an overshield. Out of 100 respawns later only 9 gave me an overshield. Furthermore I also tried the second part where your super charges faster when your team mates are dead. Also, lack luster. It barely sped up my timer and my team mates aren't going to stay dead for over 4 minutes just for my super to charge. A simple solution is to increase the chance of the overshield to 33% chance and have it last 10 seconds. Also decrease your Super charge timer by half when team mates are dead. Note: The STAG does not offer a over shield for being revived only respawning so it would not be game breaking for Trials of Osiris.
