You can easily shut down Sunbreaker if you use the shadowshot super.

It does, don't use quiver for three shots if someone else's super is that scary. Quiver reduces tether reach therefore reducing chance on miss to tether and suppress ability. Blackhole would almost guarantee a suppression if impact point is nearby.

I've used both for pvp, it still takes a second or so for the tether to happen and by the time that happens you'll be dead.

In this case it is whether your death for the team will be worth it i guess all up to you.
