This post was over at Cave Johnson's reply. The reason there is so much backlash is because Titans have basically sucked for an entire year and now that they're good like the other classes- people are under the impression they are over powered. It's all about perspective kid. Sorry your Hunter is dying to my Titan tank.
There's a reason very few people mained a Titan in year 1. Think about it.
Also...get gud.
Edit: I find it ironic your profile picture is a Titan. Also, you didn't complete your moments of triumph and your grimoire is 2740. This is relevant.

As someone that mained a PVP hunter for nearly a year and has been playing Sunbreaker off and on for the past week, I can without a doubt say that Hammer of Sol dumps on either Golden Gun or Arc Blade. It has far more time, far more damage resistance, comparable mobility, a regen ability, is easier to land hits with, and comparable range to GG (for all practical purposes at least) and more than AB. Setting aside the insane armor the super grants (tanking sniper headshots, GGs, & rockets) it still has a far greater ease of use and destructive capacity than either hunter super ever had. Hammer of Sol (among other things) makes me wonder if Bungie even playtests content before releasing it.
