Scan glitch
Noticed that every now and then near the court of oryx the taken summoning chant can be heard but the don't spawn and when this happens scan items don't work either. The ghost doesn't make a noise or any cue to scan anything on the dreadnaught. Been annoying when trying to show my mate hidden things.
