Snipers and Golden Guns work best, you'll know you have enough when you see the black circle in his chest, once thats exposed one bullet will stagger him. You need to keep a steady DPS on him after he's staggered so the blights damage him, if you don't DPS after stagger and that black circle goes away the blights will explode and he won't take damage.
