That may be the case, but I will do my best to exercise my rights as a paying consumer. Bungie was inconsistent with how they handled expansion releases, and suddenly changed things this time around, and left everyone who did not purchase TTK missing features they had previously paid for the right to play. One such feature being the advertised Trials of Osiris game mode from HoW. Just giving an example here, as I hate Trials, but I really like the elimination game mode. Also, they never explicitly said they would remove features or content from the game, they only wrote in their EULA, which was never available at point of sale, [quote]Bungie may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time. Bungie may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Program without notice or liability.[/quote] Notice it said may, not will. There is no way anyone would have known for certain that they would have done this. Also, as per normal proprietary software license agreements, support for the product is expected to last for 1 year, which it clearly has not for HoW.
