Honestly, I see what you're saying but Bungie can't really do much more for non-TTK users without making it unfair for the people who actually went out and paid for it. You don't need the current level cap because Year 1 does not require you to have any more than a level 34 for anything available before TTK. As for everything else, you still have access to all Year 1 content. I just got TTK a few days ago and before the purchase I was still able to do everything I wanted to do, u just didn't have access to MOST of the new content. MOST being that I was still able to receive new gear, weapons, ect. From drops. To me that's unfair to TTK users because I didn't have to pay money for all the extra content. Actually, I really didn't have to purchase TTK at all except for if I wanted to do TTK missions and be a part of the new level cap. Everything else was available for the most part. THAT is probably more unfair than anything.
