How do we obtain the "No Time to Explain"?
Does anyone have any worthwhile, non-trolling information about how to get the Exotic Pulse Rifle "No Time to Explain"? I've heard rumor that it's a quest line from Banshee that you get from ranking up with him. If anyone knows anything about it, that'd be awesome. Thanks in advance for the info.

It may have something to do with the random mystery patrol mission that you can obtain in the wild I am currently testing this theory and will post back with further findings

You can upgrade your Stranger's Rifle to 170 ATK (which I did) and nothing happened for me. Not sure when or how it drops. Maybe from ranking up Banshee. We'll see.
