Strange Find in the Tower
I found this symbol in the Tower; it appears to have something to do with the Nine. I'm guessing it signifies when Xur is in the Tower. Anyone have any insight on this?
Edit: Thanks for confirming my suspicions.

Just noticed that the black in the symbol is the same as the stuff the Taken leave behind
