There was also a woman that spilled coffee on herself. Sued and won a multi million dollar lawsuit. That's why we have warning labels on hot coffee cups now.

The woman who sued Mcdonalds for spilling coffee on herself suffered from disgusting 3rd degree burn - hundreds of complaints were put fourth to McD's but they did listen. She should of received more of a payout. Just sayin
