There's a ramen restaurant close to my house that seems kind of sorta close to authentic but if I had to guess the stuff we eat in America normally is trash and the stuff they sell at that restaurant is only mediocre. Real Japanese Raman sounds like it's pretty good though.

Dude real Japanese ramen is amazing. If the place by you has thicker noodles and like a huge bowl with some meat in it then it's pretty authentic. But still probably not the same as here

Have had it is good miles apart from the instant crap. When the guy makes the noodles and cooks the meat in front of (with a Sapporo on the side )
