Exotic blueprints
Surely if my grimoire says I have received an exotic bungie can include it in my vendor kiosk. If you give me a rubbish piece of exotic, and I delete it, but you and I both know I earned it, surely you can't penalise me by making me get it again?

Having the blueprint was determined by you having the gear in your inventory, either on your character or in the Vault, at the time 2.0 landed. If you didn't have it, because you decided to dismantle it before 2.0 hit, too bad, so sad.
