Veteran's Tour Quest NOT showing up!
the quest for to receive the deceptive engram is not showing up on any of my characters. I've deleted all the year one VIP shaders, emblems, and sparrows, and logged in and out of destiny. still nothing. help, anyone?

I had it show up for one character but not for the other 2. Would have been nice to know you can only activate the quest with a single character.
