As resident FF fan I just have to say NOooooo lol. The thing about final fantasy is that, apart from the atrocious 13, all the numbered titles are based in unique worlds with their own lore, the battle and progression systems are all different etc...it's not like a reskin like cod has become, or pretty much every sports game. It's also not like it comes out yearly (famously so). As such I think final fantasy can continue forever, especially as I love the feel and atmosphere of them.
