The stormcaller is going to blow the sunsinger away in PvP, PvE sunsinger will be better but only because of self rez. Same again with the hunter subclasses, the BD and GS are gona be better for PvP while the new subclass will be better in PvE.

Uh A firebolt, viking funeral, touch of flame grenade is more powerful than the stormcaller super, or at least unless it was changed to be more powerful since it's reveals. Also, radiant skin is a ridiculously powerful super

Radiance duration was reduced by half after patch 2.0 and firebolt while good dosent even come close to being as good as the storm caller super.

The one thing that people dont seem to realize about storm caller is that it ticks twice as fast as a jolders hammer with pretty much the same damage. What they also dont seem to realize is that the super can chain lightning from some oretty extreme ranges (from what i have seen).

Another problem is that I'm stubbornly stuck to my voidwalker, lol Hopefully it is good though! I'd be disappointed if it was bad

why do you say that about the stormcaller? maybe i'm missing something. the actual super itself kills as fast as a heavy jolders. that's what turned me off. it wasn't an instant kill. the only thing that is a sleeper to me is that we have not yet seen the effect of the chaining that could take place. but that is just the super. what else is there about the subclass that can beat flame shield and firebolt

First of all the stormcaller will kill twice as fast than what a jolders hammer will while also taking half as much damage, as for fireshield, it will give you a few seconds longer to live against most primaries or allow ypu to survive one extra melee attack, other than that it is useless, the new storm caller melee has longer range and can go for even longer range or a chained attack, which in my opinion is the much better option. Firebolt is only worth using if you have touch of flame and viking funeral which uses up two of your perks. Withought those perks it is the exact same as the arcbolt perk, and the new storm caller grenade is looking like a much better option. On top of all that sunsinger has had its super duration reduced by nearly half.

well you won't get an argument from me that they nerfed the piss out of sunsinger. they destroyed it. nerfed the ram, nerfed firebolt, and our discipline stats are all terrible now, so the super is basically awful. i will disagree on what you said about how fast stormcaller kills. watch the footage. it kills at the same speed as a machine gun in pvp
