Isn't the echo chamber ps exclusive strike? I'm on Xbox one and I just glitched into there and got the ghost.

You can play undying mind and psion flayers now by doing "vanguard legacy" strike playlist

Yea, anyone that has the 2.0 update can get into all of the PS exclusive areas. It's on disc but it needs to be unlocked.

It was in everyone's 2.0 pack, It's just locked to Xbox users for a year. Undying Mind and Psion Flayers were also on on you're hard drive, and 2.0 unlocked them
