Get as close to the wall as possible, turn away from wall walk forward with ghost out until it can be summoned. Then back up a little bit (so long as it still says "Summon Sparrow") Turn back around to face the wall, summon sparrow, sparrow should have at least the tip or whole front INSIDE the wall when you summon it, then boost.
