I've submitted two codes for focused light on the RedBull site. The first went all the way through and has yet to show up on my codes on here or in game at all, the other I used while the servers were down without thinking and now the code went though their site but failed here and shows as used. I have attempted to contact RedBull twice in the past week and a half and have not heard anything form them at all. Is there anything I can do to get this fixed? Thanks.
