Ice Breaker "Please replace these components if use causes fatal damage: HEAT SINK. MAGAZINE. OPERATOR." Ice Breaker is the sniper that everyone wants in this game, it never needs an ammo pack to refill. It only requires you to wait a few seconds and a bullet will automatically regenerate in the magazine. This has good perks like No Backpack which is no ammo needed. The perks you actually need to upgrade the weapon to get are Mulligan and Ice Breaker. Mulligan makes it so that when you miss a shot you have a chance to get the bullet back in the magazine. Ice Breaker makes it so that the weapons victims explode when they die. This overall is a very good weapon to have handy. Especially if you don't have any Special Ammo Synthesis lying around.
