You don't show how to get into Bunker War-4... You just start there...

I had the same issue but I figured it out, follow the same path to wall into the mine, keep going towards the left literally into the water (you'll be able to play Jesus and walk on it) keep going until you find a path to get to the end and then you'll see the bunker structures Good luck!

Its the same as the first ghost except you don't kill yourself after glitching through the wall and loading up the Mine area. Once you hit the loading screen look around a bit and you should easily find the area he jumps down to the bunker from.

Ah that explains why, I didn't glitch to get the first one. If you just walk down the cliffside a bit more than is an open door that takes you to the first ghost, glitch free.
