He isn't talking about the marks/bonds/cloaks. He is talking about the emblems for each quest, if you go to the kiosk it shows emblems for each subclass completion. When you turn in the completed quest you got the class item but no emblem. Now it turns out that the quest supposedly isn't complete, there will be more steps but if that's the case why issue the class item and have the quest disappear like it's completed? I guess we will find out Tuesday when quests get turned in, if they issue emblems with the class item then it was messed up if not then there is prob another quest for the emblem. I turned in both hunter ones and the sunsinger quest and got my class items, completed the other three and holding them for Tuesday to see if the emblems are rewarded.
