Shoot to loot on scout rifles
Not saying it should be changed just yet, but based on the strike preview that might be possible to bring back maybe all the way to legendaries. Or just an exotic scout rifle. Then it could be counterbalanced if you still think the perk is overpowered. Just some food for thought.
