Did you read, it's based on an individual's opinion. Post a list recognizing people that aren't known, break that cycle of those that tend to outshine others. I only picked people who I know of, not because I "butt lick there ass" like you stated (that was funny by the way) but because I think they're cool folks. I don't see anything wrong with that.
