Pretty sure the final step in the Sunsinger one - kill 20 enemies whilst surrounded by radiance, and complete a strike - is bugged too, for me at least. Last night I killed 5 guys whilst radiating and the tally only went up by 1...

Kills have to be via melee or grenade - gun kills don't count towards it. Quest isn't bugged, I have completed it - got the lvl 40 bond but didn't get an emblem. Le sigh.

My kills were with grenades. Only thing I use with radiance...
