new character frontier shell
I was curious on where to get the frontier shell for a new character. The terminal that overthrew Tess has itself been overthrown by the shader collection. Thanks!

The Frontier Shell is not currently available if you do not have it in your inventory. This will be rectified in an upcoming release. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13463
