Man, [i]only[/i] thing is that sometimes you really, REALLY earn the right to Bag someone. I find that to be more of a social norm now, more of a "HA I killed you" and not directly "HA I killed you bc skill". It can certainly be used to a douchey effect as well, but that's the beauty of the tea bag you know? You can burn or be burned. I feel as though you may be able to start a sub community within Destiny (possibly another clan even) that is dedicated to competitive gameplay on a more respectful scale, and I really wouldn't be surprised to see the group grow rapidly. Many people still exist who play respectfully and reasonably, and with all the crying about recent events in the Solar System I know there are Guardians itching to join what they deem a proper group for carnage.
