hello i pre ordered taken king and diddnt recieve the shader or emblem

9 RisposteWhich shader/emblem are you referring to? The only shader/emblem that are preorder specials are the Suros pack emblem/shader and the VIP pack emblem/shader. Either way both of those have yet to be released and are set to be given to players on September 15.
