This sniper rifle would be void damage and would be able to one shot body shot in the crucible. It's special exotic perk would be called "True Legend," and would unleash a barrage of Wolfpack rounds on a precision hit. This would encourage Precision sniping in PVP and PVE.

The one shot body shot is op but I like the concept of mini Wolfpack rounds

The main balancing factor is it is a heavy sniper rifle so I would use up a primary exotic slot.
