Tall story short ;
Everything, EVERYTHING we've gained and grinded for is going to be completely obsolete.
New players are going to walk in all "yo what's this shit hahaha we are max level without even touching last year's content lol".
We start all over again with absolutely NO say in what happens to everything we grinded for and fought for.
Finally..
They think this makes us feel valued.
That's it.

The yr 1 content will still be there and players will only be able to skip to TTK with 1 character. The other 2 will have to go through and play the first set of story missions and they will play VoG Crota and PoE. New weapons and armor is a good thing. People would continue to use the broken gear we have now because it would be better than most of the new gear.
