So if the keys are no longer dropping does that mean if that the big chest opens without it. And plus since theres no elder cipher what lvl do you need to do it on in order to get it.

I'd also imagine that the bounty mission from Petra where you start in the summoning pits and hop on a turret is going to be available each week for a key.

I was wondering the same thing. I got my first cipher last night and need to get a key to open the big chest. Does that mean no more keys weekly from Petra for her bounties?

You will still be abe to get from the small chests in PoE, and the elder cipher weapons will drop from the chest know.
