I just wanted to be level 34 before it was 'handed out'. So I did it day before yesterday. Finally found an etheric light.

The light Lvl is calculated from everything you have in vault and what not and player level is the Max Level that character has reached so if you was Lvl 33 you would stay at 33 And you can have a meaningful life and play games, I don't quite see where your hostility came from if anything it makes you seem like you want recognition and praise for something
