I have the conduit from before House of Wolves. Rolled with these middle perks:
Flared magwell
Extended mag
Field Scout
Like, really RNG? Flared magwell will do nothing compared to the other two, and extended mag gives like half the bonus bullets as field scout!
Also Substance 321.
