Alright people here it is I've recently figured out how to have party chat while streaming with twitch on your Xbox one I know this has been a issue for everyone that doesn't have a PC to use and have to do it all thru the console. Step 1. Start a party chat on Xbox live Step 2. Get friends to join the party Step 3. Go to your settings in destiny and set your voice settings to blended or speakers only (not headset or headphones!!!) Step 4. Turn your volume on you TV to 1 (not to 0) Step 5. Your done congratulations
