The ending of BioShock Burial At Sea Episode 2.
[spoiler]Having journeyed with Elizabeth all through Infinite and the two DLCs, and watching her slowly die with Sally and "La Vi En Rose" playing was utterly heartbreaking. Nothing in a video game has come close to replicating the feelings I had at the end of that DLC.[/spoiler]
