I'm sorry rest of the world. I'm American, and I don't approve either. The expansion is worth 40 dollars, but that should mean it's worth 40 dollars for everyone, not £40 for the UK and rest of the world. Come on bungie, (I know it's really activision, the slimy bastards) that's a dick move.
