Because we have robotic arms. You'd think have cybernetic arms would make you stronger and able to control recoil.

Certain guns are more controllable than others. Like a UMP45 will be more accurate than a Desert Eagle or an AK-47.

If you want realistic then you can play ARMA but it is PC only. CoD is an arcade shooter, so it is not meant to be %100 real.
