Atheists abandon all traces of logic when trying to formulate anti Christian arguments.
Atheists like to claim intellectual superiority, yet when attempting to make an argument against Christianity, they always fall short. While claiming to be the pinnacle of learned men, they lose all sense of logic, context, reading comprehension, and deductive reasoning when they erroneously create arguments in opposition to Christianity. If you want to reject God, so be it, but at least do it on the basis of what the bible actually teaches and not what you read on the internet.
Read, study, understand. Leave your pride and arrogance at the door. Context is a thing and its wonderful.

2 RisposteYou speak like atheists are a group of people united under one philosophy for a singular reason. I identify myself as an atheist simply because looking at all the various religions in the world I cannot with certainty say "This is true, this is not true" Committing myself to something that I cannot accept as truth because I am afraid of death or I want to go to a mythical heaven seems wrong to me. I could try, but throwing the word "I believe" around would not make it true. So.. I guess the point I am trying to make is, there is no proof that either Atheism or Christianity is correct, and due to the nature of the question there is no way such proof could exist. I have nothing against people who believe either way, I simply view it as a choice each of us makes based of what we see, feel, and believe. Oddly enough I actually share a belief that atheism is a terrible belief, that I do not want to share with anyone else. The mere thought of convincing members of my family that lost loved ones are simply gone forever and once you die that is the end terrifies me. Of course your going to get both ends of people who believe one way or the other like the westboro baptist church picketing funerals with signs saying "Your son in burning in hell" And ranting atheists trying to smash all religions down in the name of progress. To be honest watching some of the Youtube videos of the psychotic atheists screaming their hate of religion is almost as disturbing to me as some of the atrocities committed in the name of religion, and I foresee a possible time when such atrocities will be committed in the name of atheism.

40 RisposteI'm not religious, but atheists have to be some of the most intolerant and self absorbed people I've had to speak to. Since when does not believing in something make you intellectually superior? Majority of them seem to be people who post Steven Hawking quotes on Facebook and ridicule religious followers, and that somehow means you're intelligent. The truth is people like that are the biggest problem in the world today.

18 RisposteI believe a lot of people who claim to be atheists are agnostic, as I am. Basically meaning I don't have proof against the existence of any religion's gods but I also have no definitive proof of their existence and therefore can't bring myself to believe in them. A lot of atheists are also more about disliking what the religion stands for or the people within it and disrespecting their religion by saying it's all fake. No one can prove anything one way or another.

They claim to not believe he exists yet deep down they know he does and they just hate him. Whether it be because of bad things happening or something personal is different for everybody. Edit: I'm talking about people I've been good friends with and have had multiple.biblical discussions with.

14 RisposteAgreed; Christianity is incredibly logical as you so rightly know OP. Everything is too perfect to have just happened, so God created it. Logical. But God wasn't created himself because... he's too perfect to be created... or something. Even more Logical. Oh wait everything isn't perfect because of -blam!- and murder and stuff, so instead of doing the crazy thing and concluding that an all-powerful all-loving being didn't create everything, we're going to make up a reason why he made the world specifically with all the bad things, which means we can continue to say the he is wonderful, despite all the apparent evidence to the contrary. Wow look at all this logic about. Oh crap, what's this? Someone's discovered something about the universe that tells an alternative story to the one we tell about God's involvement? I know, let's say that God had a hand in this new story so that we can reconcile our comfy beliefs and the new discoveries of the universe. YAY I LOVE USING LOGIC!!
