I don't think there's a true connection or correlation of video games and violent behavior. Parents should talk to their kids and explain the difference between gaming and reality. Here's a link from a study

Cambridge University is not considered to be an institute where real scientists would generate decent publications?

But I think MANY real scientists just published on this again and demonstrated the same, - no correlation with video games and violent behavior. I will try to find the latest Journal article.
