Probably still takes 200ms on lan to receive damage after the guys shot, also you receive damage from burst guns all at once thinking youve been shot once and the muzzle flash from the enemies gun only flashes once

What's your ping when you press start in a game?

30-60ms, not like it matters with the crappy engine and player hosting

It's supposedly on dedi servers, but I believe it's using a mix of dedi and listen servers.

It's definitely using dedi, there is vids on YouTube that shows ops 3 running on dedi.
