You get them with any purchase of TTK. As long as you have both dlcs and or have hit level 30. That email is BS

You have to preorder to get the suros and vanguard armory packs. Not the vip rewards. I got the same email. Edit: maybe I didn't get the same email. Why don't you take a picture of the email and post it here.

Why would you have to preorder to get VIP rewards? I thought you just had to be level 30 and own the 1st two DLCs for that shit...
