Xbox upgrade to One, lost my preorder gear.
I just upgraded to the One, and all of the transfer went smooth (even though it was a very, very, very, very lengthy process) except that my ghost shell and other pre-order bonuses appear to be lost! Is this a thing that can be solved, or do I lose these with the digital upgrade?
