Yeah for pvp it's good. I personally started using that with my praedyths timepiece or messenger. Although, you need to get used to it, anticipation is key because of charge time. I used to be decent at it but after weeks of using NLB, I used my bow after a while and I was doing terrible! I was using it like I would use nlb and I was getting wrecked because by the time the gun charged I was dead, so like I said anticipation is key, the high aim assist helps a lot so you don't have to worry too much about aiming very precisely
