Yeah it was fun, but after all the grinding to acquire every piece of Raid gear and every Raid weapon and every Exotic item to see that none of it was worth it is pretty disheartening. Sure a few exotics can be "upgraded" but basically what I feel like now is that once I've beaten a task there is zero reason to do it again. There is zero pay off. I'm still going to get the game but I don't think I'll be playing as much as I have. Skolas was a good example of the new problem you are creating for yourselves Bungie. He is tough to beat but the payoff is crap. At least with the other Raids there were weapons that were worth it. So people kept playing to get them. Now that it's been made clear that things are only useful for a brief time I see little reason to keep joining up for raids every week. So unless this new raid turns out to be the most fun thing on the planet I don't know how much effort I'll be putting into it. It may just be a one and done and then I can break away from this addiction and play some other games for a change. Am I alone in this?
