Booted a guy at Treasure Room, no regrets.
[b][u]Before anyone gets all salty and abuses me in the comments, have a good read.[/b][/u]
So last night a friend and I were going to dive into a level 34 PoE, and as per usual we go LFG to get a third Guardian to help us.
For anonymity's sake we're going to call this guy "SuperScrub". SuperScrub replied saying he was, and I quote; "Highly skilled, all exotics, maxed Gally."
Naturally my friend invites him and we get on our way. The problems start here.
He joins and he's a 33 Warlock. No problem, my friend is 33 and I'm 34, no issues here. Skill is key.
When my friend and I are jumping around, blasting the heck out of Vex and this guy is just standing in a corner of the room, not doing anything. Of course, he dies. We both then get messages from this guy. Weird, right? It gets better. He's typed up some long ass message basically saying "Join my clan PLS IT'S SO GOOD."
My friend is the founder of his clan, and I the admin of mine, so we kindly decline this and keep playing.
Only he doesn't do anything. Every room, he just stands still, dies, pops his Fireborn, and dies again. The epitome of skill.
Through much pain and suffering, my friend and I manage to get to the end, punch Gulrot in his ganky face and get praised by Variks. The dude of course is magically active now, as the sweet prospect of rewards is dangled in front of him. My friend and I sail down to the bottom and wait.
The second he touches down, we both wave, and I kick him.
I don't reward Leeches.
TL;DR : SuperrScrub LFG leech got booted at Treasure Room for leeching.

1 RispondiLooking at OPs recent games, looks like this "superscrub" third that he carried had the same KD that run as he did (~10). Looks like OPs buddy carried OP them both with 70 more kills and twice the KD as OP. If that's what happened, it was a dick move if you ask me.

12 RisposteIf you had booted him during the fighting, you'd have had my support. You got rid of deadweight, and were taking a stand. But to carry him to the end, and then kick him makes you no better than him. It was a vindictive move. Even when dead, a Guardian's ghost box still attracts fire and attention from enemies. So while he clearly lied about his ability level...and didn't contribute MUCH...he did contribute SOME. ..and if you were wiling to carry him through to the end, then you should have seen it thorugh to the end.

1 RispondiYou have the guy a glimmer of hope...then you kicked him in the nuts. I wouldn't have handled it in the same way, but I would have kicked him too. Maybe before the last round, kick him and get a friend or someone who needs/deserves it more. I usually wouldn't agree with kicking at the treasure room because it has happened to me. However, I got kicked for no reason.

2 RisposteIf i was bungie , i would ban you for 2 weeks. Reason? You kicked him at the end by the reward chests, that is phucked up regardless of what he did. Just report him via game and kick him at round 1-2 dont wait till the end and suddenly pull a douche move.

LOL I felt a little bad the other day I when to recruitment to get 2 people for the Skolas fight 1 had done it, 1 had attempted but not actually finished So the fight is going fine we're passing off the poison fine then once we get him to a tiny bit of health he(the one who had never completed Skolas) gets lag booted, and we kill Skolas shortly after! lol. I know it's not my fault but the kid could've finally finished Skolas if he wasn't lag booted

Funny...we found Guardian on LFG to finish an Elders.....we lost one...new guy joins, about to start and, "wait guys, forgot my treasure key!" SOOOOO, we patiently wait with no smart remarks...he gets his key and returns! READY to go...we launch into the arena and about 2 or 3 min into it...."gotta go to bed guys" and magic trick..guy disappears! Speechless...just had to laugh! Ahh....got new guy of LFG and felt compelled to ask before starting "Does everyone have there key?" The things you learn....
